Dr. Dallas is a multi-specialty physician, originally trained in Hematopathology & Transfusion Medicine and more recently board-certified in both Lifestyle Medicine & Aesthetic Medicine.

Outside of her pure medical training, she is also certified as a personal trainer, a life coach, and a quality improvement specialist. She is also passionate about education, leadership and global medicine – having lived & worked in both West & East Africa on many occasions.

Lifestyle Medicine & Coaching work synergistically for Dr. Dallas as she helps to empower her clients to take back their lives & their health. Dr. Dallas has extensive experience with plant medicines as well – both as a facilitator & a participant. Two particular areas of interest are the use of psychedelics for chronic pain & psychedelic-assisted coaching.

Dr. Dallas is an American transplant to Canada and her personal mission is to combat injustice & inequity in our world by leveraging her own unique mix of knowledge, skills & abilities to excite & empower others who have hearts for helping such that they can achieve personal mastery and thus feel compelled to give back and make a difference in our world.

MANFRED ZIESMANN, MD, FRCSC, PLASTIC SURGEON

Dr. Manfred Ziesmann is a Canadian board-certified plastic surgeon who has been practicing in Winnipeg since 1988. A graduate of the University of Manitoba Medical School, he completed his residency in plastic surgery in 1986.

In 2004, Dr. Ziesmann opened a private practice focusing on the cosmetic aspects of plastic surgery. Since then, he has expanded with 2 clinics, offering a vast range of cosmetic and beauty-enhancing services for his clients. Additionally, he works at the Pan Am Clinic, the Maples Surgery Centre, and the Health Sciences Centre.

Caitlin is Registered Nurse in Canada and the United States, and a certified aesthetician who performs injectable treatments and IV therapy. With 7 years of experience working as a nurse and injecting, she is excited to grow her practice at the Eternal Beauty Institute. Caitlin is passionate about health and wellness, feeling, and looking ones best. With the evolving industry of medical aesthetics, she wishes to keep pursuing her education to provide clients with the latest treatments and best care.

Coco Jin is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse that is passionate about client care. Her career has spanned decades with experience in almost all types of nursing. Coco also has a passion for medical cosmetics and has a very skilled hand when it comes to creating perfection for her clientele. Her warm and friendly attitude will make you instantly feel at home and at ease.

Preet is a passionate RN with an impressive career history for her young age. She would describe herself as extremely passionate about the beauty industry in all ways. She is also a model part time. With a background in both cardiovascular nursing and intensive care – her true artistry lies in her extreme precision in all things cosmetic aesthetics and injectables. You are in excellent hands with Ms. Preet and we are so happy to have her on the team!

Stephanie graduated nursing school in 2011 at Mount Royal University. She has worked in hospice, mental health, general medicine and ER. Aside from EB Medical Centre Stephanie also currently works in intensive care for both adults and pediatrics. With an extensive background in Cosmetic Medical Esthetics services as education – you are in the very best care with Steph. She is also a new Mom and she is a huge foodie. Her biggest guilty pleasure is relaxing and watching “Vanderpump Rules” & “The real Housewives”….. don’t worry Steph (we love them too!).

Victoria (her friends call her Tuck) is a Registered Nurse with a background in rural obstetrics. But her passion doesn’t stop there – making people look and feel their best is her jam! Whether it’s welcoming your newborn or perfecting your already beautiful face, she is here to make your day brighter. The best part? Building connections with her amazing patients! Beyond the scrubs, she is a happy wife and proud mom to a little sunshine who keeps her life exciting + two fur babies. She can’t wait to meet you!

Working in the beauty and esthetics industry has always been a dream for Amanda. She has a passion for skincare, injectables, health, and anything that helps someone feel great about themselves! Being able to integrate her skills and experience into the role that is based in the esthetics industry is her dream come true.

With almost ten years of experience working in Student Support and Leadership in the PVI sector, Amanda has experience supporting students from all walks of life and demographics. Always willing to listen, she understands the value of specialized and individualized learning. Education should be accessible to everyone and she is passionate about helping people invest in their future and in the future of those they love most.

Amanda is alway happy and ready to support and facilitate future students in choosing the right program/course and help them realize those dreams can be a reality!

The founder of many prestigious beauty brands in North American and Eternal Beauty Institutes Clinical Esthetics Colleges, Barbara has a distinct passion for all things beauty and medical esthetics. Barbara has also written several clinical esthetics textbooks and currently is the force behind the Eternal Beauty lines of exclusive skincare, lashing products, permanent make-up pigments, medical tattooing equipment. A leader in the clinical industry in Canada.

With the vision of bringing the very best of regenerative spa treatments to clients in Calgary, Winnipeg and Regina the opening of Eternal Beauty Medical Centres is the latest in the progression of the realization of the consistent forward momentum to embark upon new horizons in medical and clinical esthetics.

There is an innate intelligence in the human body that when harnessed will allow us to slow down the aging process, allow clients to find the pinnacle of our own natural beauty and live a vibrant and healthy life. Our aim with the Eternal Beauty Medical Centres is to work with each and every patient on an ongoing long term basis to help to recapture the vibrancy of youth and the vitality that beauty brings.

Cindy has an extensive resume. In her work on the sets of many Hollywood movies and attending to many famous clientele. Cindy is truly an asset to the Manitoba chapter of Eternal Beauty. Cindy is our master educator for our full time esthetics and make-up artistry programs. Also specializing in theatrical and horror make-up programs. Cindy Smith is a true icon in the industry and we are so proud to have her as part of the Eternal Beauty Family! Students are extremely lucky to be learning from one of the industry giants!

As a professional artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary, Debra has exhibited her artwork nationally and internationally throughout her career. Having taught at colleges, universities and artist run centers, Debra is passionate about teaching and offers the students at Internal Beauty Institute inspiring art concepts, essential skills, and positive encouragement through the Tattoo Artistry program. In addition, Debra continues to develop her own artistic tattoo practice offering clients tiny tattoos, unique custom work and cover ups.

Fabiola is a proud mother of 5 beautiful children and a passionate and dedicated aesthetics educator with Eternal Beauty Institute. All of Fabi’s students will attest to her kind and knowledgeable teaching style. Fabiola teaches all programs, including micropigmentation, Permanent Make- Up, Nail Programs, Make Up Artistry, skincare, Laser and devices. She has been with our EB family for over 8 years !!! Fabi we love you.

A dental assistant with 7 years of experience, I worked in a cosmetic, implant & sleep dentistry office assisting with several cosmetic and providing in-office whitening procedures. I then decided to expand my interests in a different area of cosmetics in 2016 with Medical Esthetics. I invested in myself with education for a year, I worked full time as a dental assistant and provided medical esthetic services on the side. I began to acquire a true passion for the art of this industry and March 2018 I decided to leave the dental field, and take a leap to focus solely on medical esthetics. I was welcomed by Eternal Beauty when first opening in Winnipeg, as an Educator and In-House technician. I am always furthering my education to provide for our students and clients with the highest level of education and services.

I always knew I wanted to do something special and rather big. I just didn't know what it was until I met Barb, the founder of Eternal Beauty. It was getting to know each other and realizing that there is a need for Medical Esthetics in the Prairies .. more so Manitoba. To say I am over the moon, opening the first Medical Esthetics school in our beautiful city is the understatement of my life.

With experience in teaching, business operations and being very creative, I've been working hard since we've started. My clinical esthetics experience began with Skin and Laser in 2016. We constantly aim to upgrade, grow and learn. The Beauty Industry doesn't slow down, so we don't either. It is exciting when a new course is developed, a new technique learned and even more so when we get to be the FIRST to do it. Manitoba won't be the last in the Industry anymore, as I've made it a personal mission to bring the latest and greatest!

I can't wait to see what new and amazing things happen for Manitoba! As the phrase goes - Keep Your Stick on the Ice (stay grounded, believe in yourself and always move forward).

Jessica has been in the medical field for 25 years. She has also been doing esthetics and teaching for 5 years and enjoying every minute of it! She is constantly learning and keeping up with the new techniques and innovative technology in this industry. She loves being part of the Eternal Beauty team and always looks forward to creating new connections.

Katelyn is our lovely on site nurse injector at the Winnipeg Eternal Beauty Campus. Katelyn is extremely talented at cosmetic medical procedures and offers both private client appointments in our spa and guidance to students in the school. Katelyn is passionate about clinical cosmetics and looks forward to helping you create your best you!

Katherine is one of our Eternal Beauty Alumni that joined our instructing team in 2020. Katherine has a background in healthy living, fitness, business and customer service. Helping others look and feel their best has always been a strong passion of hers. She has always found herself in a mentoring role and is very excited to help others in this every changing and growing industry. She is ready to help students excel and reach their goals, both with education and growing their business.

Hi, My names Kayla and I’ve been in the beauty business for 9 years and educator for 7 years. My favourite services to do are Brazilians and facial treatments like chemical peels and microneedling. My favourite class to teach is body sugaring. I have 2 pets, I have a dog named Quincy and a cat named ghost. In my spare time I enjoy taking Quincy to the dog park, reading and cooking.

Kayla has been not just a natural with the injection services but an outstanding and talented educator!! Her knowledge, desire to learn and grow has made her a phenomenal instructor. She passes on all the basic component learning modalities along with the newest trend related information, technique and more! Our professionals walk out confident and knowledgeable ready to take on clients!

Mackenzie is one of our lead instructors at Eternal Beauty Institute. Science and technology is a definite love for Mac. She focuses her career on the clinical and laser services and is passionate about dynamic transformations for clients. Students will enjoy her science-based approach to teaching and love for the hands on practical portion of the program. Mackenzie loves animals and is also an extremely talented body tattoo artist. She has an extreme aptitude for the arts and is a perfectionist in all she does! We love you Mackenzie.

Marissa is an Eternal Beauty alumni who is thrilled to be a newly appointed educator at our institute. With a background in aesthetics, health and fitness, and customer service, Marissa knew being a laser technician was the perfect fit. Her outgoing and bubbly personality has the ability to make anyone feel comfortable upon meeting her for the first time. Marissa is a natural leader who is passionate to mentor others and set them up for success in any role she takes on. She is ecstatic to meet her future students and to help them grow in their careers.

Olga has 10 years of experience in the Beauty Industry. She graduated in the UK with Clinical Aesthetics. She has been working as a Micropigmentation Specialist. Along with Piercing and is very passionate about helping her students learn and understand the trade.

Paige will light up any room with her warmth and caring attitude. She loves working with students and clients to create both dramatic and soft romantic looks with hair extensions design. Paige has been in the beauty industry for many years and enjoys the role between private clients and education. Helping new and upcoming beauty gurus enter into the industry.

Tattoo Artist and Micropigmentation Specialist Rochelle is a passionate artist with regards to all types of tattooing services. She is both a seasoned educator and practitioner. Her attention to detail and eye for flawless symmetry makes her one of the top PMU artists in all of western Canada. Rochelle offers all styles of permanent make up and ornate tattooing.

Selena is a dedicated esthetician and certified nail and make-up specialist. Her journey of learning and growth led her through Okanagan College. When she's not perfecting her craft, you can find Selena on her yoga mat, finding tranquility in the poses she loves, or out and about, exploring the latest trends in fashion and beauty during her shopping adventures.
