These meetings can be scheduled on-campus or via Zoom for your convenience. Our team is here to provide detailed information about our programs, career pathways, funding options, and student success initiatives to ensure you feel confident in your child’s educational journey.

What are my funding options with EBI?

How soon can I start my studies?

The start date of your studies depends on the program you choose:

  • Full-Time Diploma Programs: Intakes are available in Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Sessions.
  • Short-Term & Certificate Courses: We offer weekly intakes, so you can start your studies as soon as possible.

Our flexible scheduling ensures you can begin your educational journey at a time that works best for you.

How often do I have to attend class?


Answer:

Class schedules vary based on your program:

  • Full-Time Diploma Programs: Students are required to complete all provincial standard hours, with classes held Monday through Friday.
  • Short-Term & Accelerated Courses: We offer varied class schedules, including:
    ✅ 1-day per week
    ✅ 2-day per week
    ✅ Evening & Weekend Options

Our flexible course structures allow you to balance education with work and other commitments.

How do I know if I qualify for student loans?


Answer:

To determine your eligibility for student loans, you will need the following documents:

  • ✅  Proof of Education: A copy of your Diploma, Transcripts, or Student ID (ASN# can be found on transcripts or diploma).
  • ✅  Income Verification:
    • Line 150 from your 2023 tax return (soon to be updated for 2024).
    • If under 18, parents’ Line 150 income information.
  • ✅  Alberta ID Account: If you do not have one, you will need to sign up for an account, and a verification codewill be mailed to you within two weeks.

What is “Earn While You Learn,” and how does it benefit me?

Earn While You Learn is a business incubation program designed by Eternal Beauty Institute to help our graduates start their own businesses immediately after graduation.

What It Includes:

  • 12 months of free business-building workshops
  • Training in branding, web design, graphic design, AI skills, marketing, advertising, SEO, social media, bookkeeping, and business operations
  • Hands-on experience in our in-house spa incubator
  • Networking & mentorship opportunities with industry experts

This program is designed to give our students a head start in launching their own beauty businesses, allowing them to generate income while developing their professional brand.
