Course Description

Mega Volume is the use of much thinner lashes, 0.03mm and 0.04mm in 9D-16D to create a fuller look than Volume Eyelash Extensions. The use of these ultra-fine lashes allows us to keep the lash weight light while giving that Mega Volume effect. The level of Mega Volume that we use can vary, depending on the look desired by the client, as well as what their natural lashes can safely support.

*Please note Industry Standards/Spa Safe Theory (GEN 300) & Lash Theory/Mapping (GEN 500) are prerequisite for this course.

Completion Requirements:

Passing our oral & written exam
Demonstrates an understanding of all theory information

Practicum hours to be discussed upon completion of the in-class portion.

How long do mega volume lashes last?

Lash extensions typically last the same lifetime as your natural lash cycle, which is between 4-6 weeks. However, to avoid them looking patchy as they grow out, most lash salons usually recommend top ups after 2 or 3 weeks to keep lashes looking completely full and uniform.
How many individual lashes are used in mega volume lashes?

Mega volume sets use . 05 and . 03 lash extensions to create a fan with up to 16 lash extensions. With mega volume, you can apply up to 16 extensions on one natural lash.
